Fine Organic Industries Ltd has announced a revised timeline for the completion of its acquisition of 80% paid-up capital in Oleofine Organics SDN. BHD. The acquisition, initially expected within three months from May 19, 2026, is now proposed to be completed within the next three months. This extension is attributed to procedural requirements. All other terms and conditions of the deal remain unchanged. The company has already submitted necessary disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
