Sagility Acquires Chirok Health for up to $32.35M

Sagility Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sagility (US) Holdings Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Chirok Health LLC for up to US$32.35 million. The acquisition, expected to be completed by October 21, 2026, involves an upfront payment of US$20.0 million and contingent consideration of up to US$12.35 million based on performance milestones. Chirok Health, a US-based healthcare services company with a CY2025 turnover of US$9.0 million, specializes in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), medical coding, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This strategic move aims to bolster Sagility's provider segment capabilities, enhancing its offerings in specialized CDI, medical coding, and revenue optimization.
