PDS Ltd Acquires Remaining 49% Stake in DBS Lifestyle HK

PDS Limited has acquired the remaining 49% equity stake in DBS Lifestyle Limited, Hong Kong (DBS Lifestyle HK) from Mr. Bhawnish Suri and Mrs. Divya Suri for USD 4,900 (~₹465,059). This acquisition, completed via its step-down subsidiary PDS Sourcing Limited, Mauritius, increases PDS Ltd's shareholding in DBS Lifestyle HK from 51% to 100%, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The move aims to simplify the shareholding structure, consolidate ownership, and enable more efficient decision-making for the international business expansion of DBS Lifestyle India. DBS Lifestyle HK operates in the garments and accessories sector within the textile, fashion, and apparel industry.
