Capitalnumbers Infotech Re-appoints Secretarial Auditors

Capitalnumbers Infotech Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of M/s. Prateek Kohli & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Anand V Varanasi as Senior Managerial Personnel and re-appointed M/s. Ankur Poddar & Associates as Internal Auditors. Significant variations in the Objects of the Initial Public Offer (IPO) were also approved, including the reallocation of ₹1,146.46 Lakhs from Issue Related Expenses towards the acquisition of Epitome Cloud Inc. and its subsidiaries. These variations are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
