Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. SMNK & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. The approval was granted by the members at the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 22, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 4th AGM until the conclusion of the AGM in 2031.
