This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 41st AGM. The decision was made at the company's 36th AGM held on September 22, 2026. The shareholders also approved the regularization and appointment of several directors, including Chairperson and Whole-Time Director, Managing Director, and Independent Directors, for terms of five years.
