Glittek Granites Ltd: AGM Approves Director Appointments & Auditor Changes

Glittek Granites Limited held its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2026, where shareholders approved key changes. The meeting saw the regularization and appointment of several directors, including Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki as Chairperson and Whole-Time Director, Bhargav Girjashankar Thanki as Managing Director, and Bhavin Harihar Thanki as Whole-Time Director. Independent directors Dr. Deependra Singh, Sunil Kumar Bansal, and Mrs. Kavita Rakesh Shah also had their appointments regularized. Furthermore, the company appointed M/s. R. R. Tibrewala & CO. as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing M/s. GRV & PK. KIB & Co. LLP was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the same duration.
