Capricorn Systems Appoints New MD, Reconstitutes Board Committees

Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Ltd announced key management and board changes following a Board Meeting on September 02, 2026. Mr. Manmohan Rao Suddhala has been appointed as the Managing Director for a one-year term starting October 1, 2026. The company also re-appointed Mrs. Vuddaraju Triveni as a Non-Executive Independent Director and appointed Mr. Kondaipally Vamshi Krishna and Mr. Nageswara Rao Parimi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors.
