Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Appoints New Directors, Two Resign

Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Ltd announced significant board changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 2, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Kondaipally Vamshi Krishna and Mr. Nageswara Rao Parimi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five years, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Manmohan Rao Suddhala was appointed as Managing Director for one year, also pending shareholder approval.
