Caprihans India Limited conducted its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2026, entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, which commenced at 3:00 PM IST and concluded at 3:37 PM IST, was held in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant MCA and SEBI circulars.
