Caprihans India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. Bilcare Limited, the promoter of Caprihans India Limited, has exercised its right to convert 5,20,000 convertible warrants into an equal number of equity shares. This second tranche of conversion, completed on May 29, 2026, has increased Bilcare's shareholding in Caprihans India from 60.84% to 62.04%.
