Caprolactam Chemicals: Internal Auditor Resigns, New Appointment Pending

Caprolactam Chemicals Ltd announced the resignation of its internal auditors, M/s. Shrey Pandey & Associates, effective September 10th, 2026. They are a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and have no relationship with the company's directors.
