Mitsu Chem Plast Auditors Change Constitution to LLP

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd has announced a change in the constitution of its statutory auditors. The firm M/s. Gokhale & Sathe, Chartered Accountants, has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named M/s. Gokhale & Sathe LLP, effective August 27, 2026. The necessary registration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is complete. This change is purely a structural one, with no alteration to the audit engagement. M/s. Gokhale & Sathe LLP will continue to serve as the company's statutory auditors for the remainder of their approved tenure.
