Mitsu Chem Plast Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 31, 2026. The Board approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Damini Salunke was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 31, 2026. M/s. Maharshi Ganatra & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors. The Board was also informed about the conversion of existing Statutory Auditors, M/s. Gokhale & Sathe, into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named M/s. Gokhale & Sathe LLP.
