Mitsu Chem Plast Declares Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on October 31, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Ms. Damini Salunke as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 31, 2026. M/s. Maharshi Ganatra & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors. The Board was also informed of the conversion of existing Statutory Auditors, M/s. Gokhale & Sathe, into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named M/s. Gokhale & Sathe LLP.
