Carborundum Universal Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sriram Seshadri as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective September 7, 2026. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee before being approved by the Board of Directors.
