Career Point Edutech Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27

Career Point Edutech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the said quarter. During this period, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial statements will be communicated separately.
