Career Point Edutech Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Career Point Edutech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the period. All directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated employees, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial statements will be communicated separately.
