Career Point Edutech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the shares of the company during this period.
