Carysil Ltd Appoints Sumit Kumar as Chief Technology Officer

Carysil Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sumit Kumar as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and designated him as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is effective from September 3, 2026. Mr. Kumar brings over 12 years of experience in technology and business transformation across FMCG, Retail, and Pharmaceutical sectors, with a strong background in enterprise digitalization, AI adoption, and large-scale IT transformations. His prior roles include Head – Business Transformation at Rubicon Research Ltd., and leadership positions at Haldiram's and Marico Ltd.
