Orkla India Appoints Maria Syse-Nybraaten as Chairperson

Orkla India Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Maria Syse-Nybraaten as the Chairperson of its Board of Directors, effective October 27, 2026. Ms. Syse-Nybraaten, who is currently a Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director, will continue in her existing directorial role. The appointment was approved by the Board via a Circular Resolution, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Her tenure as a director remains unchanged.
