Ceigall India Acquires 100% of Jam Khambhaliya for ₹18.4 Cr

Ceigall India Ltd has acquired 100% equity shares of Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited (JKJTL) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for a cash consideration of ₹18,39,86,174 (₹18.4 Crore). This acquisition makes JKJTL a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ceigall India. The acquisition is a condition for undertaking a power transmission project for which Ceigall India received a Letter of Intent. JKJTL was incorporated on May 9, 2026, and has a paid-up capital of ₹5,00,000. The transaction is not a related party transaction, and promoters have no interest in it.
