Ceigall India Ltd: AGM Approves Key Management Appointments

Ceigall India Ltd announced the outcome of its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. The members approved several key management changes, including the re-appointment of Mr. Vishal Anand and Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur as Non-Executive Independent Directors for their second five-year terms. Additionally, Mr. Ankit Kumar Agarwal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. The AGM also saw the appointment of Mr. Ayyalusamy Saravanan and Dr. Pawan Kumar as Whole-Time Directors. These appointments are effective from various dates in mid-2026 and extend for terms of two to five years.
