Ceigall India Appoints Ayyalusamy Saravanan as Whole-Time Director & CEO

Ceigall India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ayyalusamy Saravanan as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director, designated as Whole-Time Director & CEO, effective July 1, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Saravanan, currently the CEO, brings nearly 33 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in EPC Highways Projects. The board also approved the appointment of Dr. Pawan Kumar as an Additional Director/Whole-Time Director. Concurrently, the resignation of Dr. Sudhir Rao Hoshing as Whole-Time Director, effective July 15, 2026, was accepted. Both new appointees are not debarred from holding directorships by any SEBI order.
