Ceigall India Secures 220 MW Solar-BESS PPA in Madhya Pradesh

Ceigall India Limited, through its subsidiary Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited for a 220 MW Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The project, valued at approximately ₹1,700 crore, includes an 18-month construction period and a 25-year operational phase with a discovered tariff of ₹2.70 per kWh. This marks a significant step in Ceigall India's diversification into clean energy, complementing its existing infrastructure portfolio and contributing to India's sustainable energy transition. The company also announced strengthening its governance with new board appointments.
