Ceigall India Ltd Emerges L1 Bidder for ₹330.84 Cr PWD Project

Ceigall India Limited (CIL) has been declared the L1 bidder for a tender floated by the Public Works Department, Government of Delhi. The tender, with an estimated cost of ₹256.46 Crores, is for strengthening and other works of various roads under the South Maintenance Zone for the period 2026-27. CIL's bid stands at ₹330.84 Crores, including GST, which is approximately 29% above the estimated cost. The contract is an Item Rate Contract with a construction period of 375 days, followed by a 12-month defect liability period and a 48-month free maintenance period.
