The orders are for manufacturing transformers of various ratings, along with associated work. The domestic entity PGCIL has awarded these contracts, which are to be executed within the next 30 months. The consideration for these orders is classified as an 'Ultra Mega Order', indicating a value of Rs. 1000 Cr and above. The company confirmed that its promoters have no interest in PGCIL and the transactions are in the normal course of business, not falling under related party transactions.
