Ceigall India SPV Executes Concession Agreement with NHAI

Ceigall India Ltd's project SPV, CEIGALL AMBALA CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR LIMITED, has executed a Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on June 9, 2026. The agreement is for the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled spur connectivity project spanning 10.300 Km in Punjab. The project, to be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), has an estimated project cost of ₹603 Crores (excluding GST). The project involves an 18-month construction period followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period.
