Cella Space Ltd Acquires 100% Stake in Vijay Logistics Parks Private Limited for Rs. 1,00,000

Cella Space Ltd has announced the acquisition of 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Vijay Logistics Parks Private Limited (VLPPL), making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition was completed on 17th February 2026, with a total cash consideration of Rs. 1,00,000. VLPPL, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 28th November 2025, is engaged in the business of buying and selling of land and development of industrial parks. The turnover of VLPPL for the last 3 years is NIL. This investment will help Cella Space Limited in furtherance of its existing business objective of developing industrial parks.
