544012 Board Reconstitutes Audit Committee, Adds 2 Members

The Board of Directors of 544012, at its meeting held on May 27, 2026, has reconstituted its Audit Committee. Effective from the same date, the committee has expanded from 4 members to 6 members. The previous composition included three Independent Directors and one Chairman and Managing Director. The new composition includes four Independent Directors, one Chairman and Managing Director, and one Joint Managing Director. Mr. Piyush Chhajed continues as the Independent Director Chairperson. New additions to the committee are Mr. Pankaj G.
