Cello World Ltd has announced July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid after deducting applicable taxes, on or after August 12, 2026. Entitlement will be based on the beneficial owners listed as of the close of business hours on the record date.
