Central Bank of India has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 17, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. In line with the bank's Insider Trading Policy, the trading window for directors, designated employees, and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared. The trading window is set to open for designated persons on July 20, 2026.
