Centrum Capital Acquires 0.0024% Stake in CFSL, Making it Wholly-Owned

Centrum Capital Ltd has acquired a 0.0024% stake in Centrum Financial Services Limited (CFSL) by purchasing 2,500 equity shares from an external investor. Following this transaction, CFSL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centrum Capital. The company has stated that this transaction is not a related party transaction and does not involve any interest from promoters or promoter group companies. Although deemed not material under SEBI Listing Regulations, the disclosure is made voluntarily for the information of stakeholders.
