Premier Energies Ltd announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary during its Board Meeting on July 02, 2026. The new entity will focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems, Battery Cells, Battery Materials, and related electronics, hardware, and software. The subsidiary will have an authorized share capital of ₹10,00,000, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
