Centum T&S Group S.A. France converted to judicial liquidation

Centum Electronics Ltd has announced an update regarding the court-supervised restructuring proceedings of its French subsidiaries, Centum T&S Group S.A. and Centum T&S. The Lyon Economic Activities Court has ordered the conversion of the judicial reorganization proceedings (Redressement Judiciaire) into judicial liquidation proceedings (Liquidation Judiciaire). This conversion follows the court-approved acquisition and takeover of the business operations of these entities by MBDA France and SII. The judgment orders were received on July 20, 2026, with the liquidation proceedings effective from July 2, 2026.
