Century Enka Ltd: Suresh Sodani Re-appointed MD & CEO for 2 Years

Century Enka Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Sodani as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of 2 years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sodani, a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant, brings over three decades of experience in finance, accounts, IT, logistics, strategic planning, and corporate governance. His tenure has seen strategic focus on business verticals, capacity increases, and modernization initiatives. He is not related to any other directors of the company and is not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
