Cropster Agro: Two Independent Directors Resign

Cropster Agro Ltd. announced the resignation of Ms. Sejalben Rakeshkumar Rathod and Mr. Aashish Kumar Hemraj Maury from their positions as Non-Executive and Independent Directors. Their resignations are effective from July 27, 2026. Both directors cited increasing professional and personal commitments as the reasons for their departure and confirmed no other material reasons.
