Cropster Agro Appoints New MD & CFO, Two Directors Resign

Cropster Agro Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on July 21, 2026. Mr. Vijaykumar Kalabhai Nayak has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The company also accepted the resignations of Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel from the post of Managing Director and Mr. Jignesh Manilal Shrimali from the post of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Both outgoing directors confirmed no material reasons for resignation beyond their letters. Additionally, the Board reconstituted the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and CSR Committee.
