Cropster Agro Ltd Appoints New MD & CFO, Reconstitutes Committees

Cropster Agro Ltd announced key management changes following a Board Meeting on July 21, 2026. Mr. Vijaykumar Kalabhai Nayak has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The company also accepted the resignations of Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel from the Managing Director post and Mr. Jignesh Manilal Shrimali from the Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director position. Furthermore, the Board approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
