Cropster Agro Appoints New MD & CFO, Two Directors Resign

Cropster Agro Ltd announced significant changes in its directorate following a Board of Directors meeting held on July 21, 2026. Mr. Vijaykumar Kalabhai Nayak has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Concurrently, the company accepted the resignations of Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel from the position of Managing Director and Mr. Jignesh Manilal Shrimali from the post of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and CSR Committee.
