Century Extrusions Appoints Charan Singh as Independent Director

Century Extrusions Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Charan Singh (DIN: 09238002) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 23, 2026. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Shri Singh brings extensive experience from the banking industry, having held top management roles and served as Executive Director of UCO Bank and General Manager at Bank of India. He also has experience as a Member (Technical) at NCLT. The company also announced the reconstitution of its Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a revised notice for its 38th Annual General Meeting.
