Century Extrusions declares Q1 FY27 unaudited standalone results

Century Extrusions Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved and took on record these results, along with the limited review report, during a meeting held on August 14, 2026. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and reviewed by statutory auditors ALPS & CO. The company noted a decrease in profit by ₹27.29 lakhs due to the adoption of Ind AS 115, Revenue from Contracts with Customers. The results were also reviewed by the Audit Committee prior to board approval.
