Century Extrusions Appoints Charan Singh as Independent Director

Century Extrusions Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Charan Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 23, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and revised the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting to reflect this appointment.
