Century Extrusions Appoints Charan Singh as Independent Director

Century Extrusions Ltd has appointed Shri Charan Singh (DIN: 09238002) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 23, 2026. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singh brings extensive experience from the banking industry, including top management roles at UCO Bank and Bank of India, and a recent stint at NCLT. His appointment also led to a reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a revision of the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting.
