CESC Ltd's subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, has approved the amalgamation of RPSG Energy Services Limited with itself. Both entities operate in the renewable energy sector. RPSG Energy Services, the transferor company, had total assets of ₹271.24 Crore.
