CFF Fluid Control Enters Joint Venture with TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK

CFF Fluid Control Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to enter into a binding Joint Venture Agreement with TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH. The agreement aims to establish a new joint venture between the two companies. Mr. Sunil Menon, Managing Director, and Mr. Gautam Makker, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, have been authorized to negotiate, finalize, and execute the agreement on behalf of CFF Fluid Control. Further disclosures will be made upon signing the agreement, detailing compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
