CFF Fluid Control Forms JV with TKMS for Naval Systems

CFF Fluid Control Limited has entered into a binding Joint Venture Agreement with TKMS ATLAS ELECTRONIK GmbH to establish TKMS CFF Defence Systems Private Limited in India. This joint venture aims to advance India's "Make in India" initiative by focusing on local manufacturing, system integration, and through-life support for anti-submarine warfare systems. CFF Fluid Control will hold a 51% stake, while TKMS will hold 49%. The JV will leverage TKMS's expertise in sonar and acoustics with CFF's precision engineering and manufacturing capabilities to serve the Indian Navy's underwater defense requirements.
