CG Vak Software Independent Director Resigns

Mr. R. Jayaraman, an Independent Director of CG Vak Software & Exports Ltd, has resigned from his position effective September 30, 2026. The resignation is attributed to personal and professional commitments. Consequently, he will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Jayaraman confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. The company has filed the necessary disclosures as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
