Chalet Hotels Adds 381 Keys in Hyderabad and Pune

Chalet Hotels Limited is expanding its pipeline by adding two new hotel developments, one in Hyderabad with 150 keys and another in Pune with 231 keys. Both properties will operate under its own brand, ATHIVA®. These developments are part of a capital-efficient lease model with SPVs of Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Chalet will incur capital expenditure for interior fit-outs, with the Pune project involving Mindspace REIT developing the building structure on a grey shell basis. This expansion aligns with Chalet's strategy of embedding hospitality assets within business parks, leveraging captive demand and mitigating acquisition risks. The Hyderabad hotel is slated for launch in FY2029, and the Pune hotel in FY2031.
