Chalet Hotels Completes Acquisition of Lakeview Mercantile

Chalet Hotels Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the Equity Share Capital of Lakeview Mercantile Company Private Limited. This entity owns a land parcel in Bambolim, Goa, with potential for a ~170 room luxury resort development. Following the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement on September 7, 2026, Lakeview Mercantile Company Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chalet Hotels Ltd.
